Meet Matchbook's Summer Interns

Natalie Rumreich

Natalie Rumreich | Business Development

An incoming junior at Purdue University pursuing a degree in selling and sales management, Natalie Rumreich has joined Matchbook this summer as a Business Development Intern. In addition to her academic studies, Natalie is a mentor with Purdue’s College of Health and Human Sciences, and is a team leader for freshman orientation at Purdue. Outside her studies, she is passionate about traveling and hiking. Natalie is looking for a new experience, and to see how classroom knowledge applies to a real-world agency setting.
Marissa Glantz

Marissa Glantz | Design

Marissa Glantz joins Matchbook as a Design Intern and incoming senior at Butler University pursuing majors in digital media production and strategic communication. Aside from her studies, Marissa continues to further her design and communications skills through completing freelance video and digital art projects. Marissa is an animal and music lover, and is looking forward to bringing her passions to life through art and design. She is looking to gain hands-on agency experience in anticipation of an agency-oriented career, and is also looking for insight from other purpose-driven creatives as she continues to develop her passion for turning concepts into tangible form.
Justin Fields

Justin Fields | Strategy

Joining the Matchbook team as an intern for Strategy and Accounts, Justin Fields is an incoming senior at Ball State University majoring in advertising and minoring in management. He has been the vice president of programming at Ball State’s chapter of the American Advertising Federation, and has been a team member for the National Student Advertising Competition for two years. Justin enjoys experimenting with new recipes in cooking and baking. He’s looking to learn more about strategy, as well as every department at Matchbook and the ways in which they interplay with each other.
Emily Sclafani

Emily Sclafani | Communications

Purdue University incoming senior Emily Sclafani joins Matchbook as a Social Media and Public Relations intern this summer, before going back to complete her major in public relations and strategic communication. At Purdue, Emily is a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America, and is on The Professional Committee, a student networking event for PR Students. She is the public relations officer for the Purdue Italian Club, and is in Kappa Alpha Theta sorority in addition to being a member of the Liberal Arts Student Council. Dance is one of her passions, and she’s a member of the dance company Higher Ground at Purdue. Emily is looking forward to learning more about public relations strategy and technique as they function in the real world, as well as looking to translate her skillsets and knowledge to create meaningful work for clients that have a purpose.
Dontre Graves

Dontre Graves | Rev Racing/NASCAR

A recent graduate of Jackson State University with a major in mass communications and a concentration in multimedia journalism, Dontre joins us from our valued partners at Rev Racing and NASCAR to support social and multimedia efforts for promotion of the team and its cause. A talented storyteller, Dontre has previously worked with the Indianapolis Recorder and has immediately become a valued resource in supporting Rev Racing through the race season. Outside of work Dontre is passionate about baseball, having played on Jackson State University’s team. During his internship he is looking to improve on digital content skills including video and photo editing.
Micah Jackson

Micah Jackson | MSIYF/MSI/Rev Racing

Micah Jackson is an incoming sophomore at IU with a major in marketing and international business and a minor in French. He is working with Matchbook in conjunction with the Max Siegel Inc. Youth Foundation, Max Siegel Inc., and Rev Racing, where he is assisting with strategic and tactical support as they work to advance their goals. Micah is a dog lover and francophile; he has previously lived in France and aspires to work overseas in his career. He is looking to forge new connections with contacts he can learn from during his internship, and wants to gain experience while working to help set the course for an organization from a larger perspective.
